Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are generally not available once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

8. Photography and Videography Services

For photography, videography, and production services:

  • A booking is only confirmed once the agreed deposit has been received.

  • Project timelines may vary depending on project scope and client responsiveness.

  • Final deliverables will only be released once all outstanding payments have been settled.

  • Three Throne Studio retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
